Kelsey Callaway Dubois
BA, RMT, RYT, FEC
Kelsey shows up with an extensive background in anatomy, embodiment & the healing arts. From this rich foundation, you are guided through your healing journey with a sense of safety and support. Kelsey meets you where you’re at. There’s no pushing past resistance, rather a softening into what is. From the softening, you have space to explore different ways of being in your body.
Kelsey loves learning about the human experience and is keen to share what she knows. Empowering people through shared knowledge is key. The more you know about your body, the more you can make powerful decisions. This is the gift of education. Your relationship with Kelsey is co-creative. This means you are an active participant. Transformation often takes place in the little moments between treatments. If you commit to showing up for yourself enough to listen to your body, you will have the gift of witnessing these beautiful transformations as your journey progresses.
Kelsey takes a bio-psycho-social approach to her work. What does this mean? She treats you as a whole person – not just your injury. We are dynamic beings constantly responding to our inner and outer environments. Through this relationship with our environments, our tissues begin to tell our story. Tension is rarely a coincidence.
Kelsey’s massage therapy, yoga teaching & coaching career started in 2012 and has taken her all over the world.
When Kelsey’s not with clients, you’ll find her hiking up (or riding down) a mountain, trail running, cooking a plant based meal, breathing deep on her yoga mat or, best of all, hanging out with her gorgeous family.

Brooklyn Thomson
RMT
Brooklyn is passionate about movement and living an active lifestyle. She graduated from the 2200-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria and has been registered through the College of Massage Therapists in BC since 2018.
Each treatment will consist of a variety of techniques including general swedish, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point release assisted with instruments, and active modalities all in the context of helping her patients achieve their goals. Her interests include sport-related injuries, headache pain management, and repetitive/overuse stress injuries.
In her spare time, you can find Brooklyn biking and snowboarding at Mount Washington.
I have had many massages in my life and I can say without hesitation that Kelsey has a gift for healing that few people could ever attain. She has a warm presence and has an intuitive way of finding the source of pain or discomfort and relieving it. I highly recommend her.
Samantha
Beautiful setting, clean and comfortable, decorated very nicely. Brooklyn was friendly and professional, listened and addressed all my needs, one of the best massages I’ve had! Brooklyn is very intuitive and gives a very therapeutic massage. Great atmosphere and I loved the music played!
Michelle
Kelsey has such calming, nurturing energy, and her treatment space is cozy and serene. She is an intuitive, skilled, and knowledgeable RMT who can effectively assist with chronic pain AND create feelings of relaxation and restoration. I am endlessly grateful for the care she provides.
Andrea
I had such an incredible massage from Brooklyn and would highly recommend her. My body feels so much better, especially my legs after Brooklyn used a nifty technique on them. I have been going to Kelsey's for years and it's always such a relaxing and healing experience.

Melanie Requet
Lomi Lomi, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Deep Flow, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release
Melanie is a bodyworker, energy healer, and dance teacher. She's devoted to helping others to reclaim their sovereign bodies: physical, emotional, and energetic. For over 16 years she's had the honour of serving people from all walks of life, from high end spas in Switzerland to small pro bono clinics in Vancouver.
She loves learning and taking continuing education courses regularly in massage colleges internationally, like she did in France, England, Canada. She studies traditional massage techniques that promote a body, heart and soul connection, like the traditional massage modalities of India, Hawaii and Bali.
As a survivor of sexual and emotional trauma, she knows how important it is for people to feel truly safe. It is from a trauma-informed place that she now specializes in holding sacred space for people of all ages and backgrounds. Her aim is to help them remember who they came here to be and how divine and empowering it feels to come home to their body. Her satisfied clients include babies, children, teens, pregnant mothers, people of all ages and stages.
She specializes in relaxation massage for therapists, healers, caretakers and highly sensitive people who are looking for a sacred space to fully surrender and be held with skill, sensitivity, and care.
She uses energy healing and body-reading skills during her sessions. She listens with her hands, allowing her intuition to guide the massage. Her intention is to create a deeply connected, nurturing experience where muscular tension is released, and the nervous system is fully relaxed.
Her personal journey into bodywork has been profoundly healing and enlightening, and she's inspired as ever to explore how bodywork deepens our connection to our body, soul, and spirit. She's passionate about self care and maintains her own practices in meditation, energy healing, Qi Gong and conscious dance.
"My aim is to create a safe and peaceful space where the nervous system can unwind, physical tensions can be released, the heart can open and the soul remembers home. I wish to help people to reconnect with themselves, to feel whole, to feel at home in their body."
